The Ministry of Justice can inform you that the person in question has been denied asylum by the Danish Refugee Board, referring to the exclusion causes in the UN 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees.
Furthermore the Ministry of Justice can inform you that the Danish authorities have initiated a criminal investigation into the case, handled by the Danish police. A copy of your letter is today forwarded to the chief constable who is in charge of the investigation.
