It is imperative to
Support President Massoud Barzani position against
the Prime Minister, Nuri al-Maliki’s wrath on
Kurdistan and his social policy failure for Iraq
December 23, 2012
Despite political wrangling, among Kurdish
politicians and political parties in Kurdistan, that
is should be called a healthy political environment,
for the democratic process. It is vitally important
to have one voice when the condition requires
defending autonomous region in Kurdistan, including
so called disputed area; against Mr. Maliki‘s clique
aberration vision, including people like Hussein al
– Shahristani, misguided MP, Yassin Majeed and many
others, one must not to heed Mr. Maliki ‘s
vindictive bullying policy. This is not a personal
war of President Barzani, this is war over Kurdish
people‘s land that is historically and rightfully
belong to the people of Kurdistan. This is the area
where late general Mustafa Barzani in 1974 did not
yield to the Ba’athist regimes in Baghdad.
For example, there is overwhelming historical
evidence in early 16th-century,that fortress called
“Dimdim” in eastern Kurdistan, Urmia Emir Khan
Lapzerin ( Golden Hand Khan) tried to rebuilt the
ruined structure Dimdim, Shah Abbas deemed it is
menace to the Safavid‘s Empire, they attacked Dimdim.
Therefore, the parallel is obvious, when it comes to
defend the national rights, united stand is a must,
therefore anyone, either individual politician or a
political party to deviate from common goals that is
the defense of Kurdish people on this peril stance,
for his/her political gain, which will be
unforgivable.
Generally, when a dysfunctional government or a head
of the State or a president is failing to achieve
tangible positive outcome for the society, which it
was promised, in order to, preserving their
perpetuatey in power. Then they would resort
demagoguery appeal of nationalism or worst case
chauvinism. For example, the former Yugoslavia
State, Slobodan Milosvic and his so called Communist
clique Party failed to achieve many goals for the
Yugoslavian people, especially in economic progress’
for the whole Country, than he resorted a
demagoguery appeal to the Serbian people against the
other minorities,www.ekurd.net
that failure become the causations of fragmentation
of Yugoslavia and finally, Mr. Milosvic tried in
Hague for Crime against Humanity. One would resort
demagoguery for a certain segment of people, such as
the slogan of nationalism against oppositions,
minorities or co-partners. Precisely, this is the
case for the Premier of Iraqi State: The Premier
un-authentically accuses the Kurdish leadership the
fragmentation the State of Iraq. He (Mr. Maliki)
should remember during the height of civil war the
Kurdish forces have helped to hold defragmentation,
including two divisions of Peshmerga to protect
Baghdad.
The prime Minister is on his second term. Let‘s just
focus on the two years of Oil sales. 2011; Iraqi Oil
sale to international market roughly $100 billion,
2012; Iraqi Oil sale it is expected perhaps to
exceed over $110 billion. Shortage electricity is
rampant especially during the summer heat 3 to 4
hours per day; one could say security is in chaos,
especially where many the shrine places are located,
such as Najaf, Karbala and many other places,
including car bombs, kidnapping, ransoms’, etc.
Accordingly, nominally Kurdistan the Autonomous
Region receives 17% of the aforementioned oil sale.
Conversely, the quality of standard of living have
substantially improved, security no concern,
electricity almost 24 hours, rapid development is in
full swings including Shopping Mauls, high rise
buildings, employments is in high demands, people
from neighboring Countries and other places coming
to Kurdistan for jobs including the people from the
area where Maliki ‘s government is in control.
Why Mr. Maliki thinks this horrendous hypothesis
tinkering, he is a far more superior than his
predecessors, while all of them failed the
applications methodology of forces?
