Kurdistan Alliance leads in Sulaimaniyah,

BAGHDAD, —
The Iraqi Higher Electoral Commission released new
preliminary results, showing that the Kurdistan
Alliance is leading in Sulaimaniyah, while the
Iraqiya and the Kurdistan Alliance get a lot of
seats in Kirkuk.
The IHEC published around 50% of the votes. In
Kirkuk 52% votes were counted, in Sulaimaniyah 54%
and in Duhok 56%. In Mosul only 15% of the votes is
counted.

• 1. Al-Iraqiye (Allawi): 123.862
• 2. Kurdistan Alliance: 120.664
• 3. Gorran (Change list): 20.152
Sulaimaniyah
• 1. Kurdistan Alliance: 178.071
• 2. Gorran (Change list): 160.144
• 3. Islamitische Union of Kurdistan: 56.840
Duhok
• Kurdistan Alliance: 170.960
• Islamic Union of Kurdistan: 31.053
• Gorran: (Change list) 12.570
Mosul
• Al-Iraqiye (Allawi): 62.212
