SULAIMANIYAH,
Kurdistan region 'Iraq', — According to
unofficial primary results obtained by Hawlati from
official sources, Change List wins majority of votes
inside the city of Sulaymaniyah, whereas Kurdistan
Alliance List (KA) wins surrounding administrative
towns.
According to the results Kurdistan Islamic Union (KIU)
has beaten its rival Kurdistan Islamic Group (KIG)
by winning greater votes than in the governorate.
