ERBIL-Hewlêr,
Kurdistan region 'Iraq', — A member of

believes the presents of Counter Terrorist Group (CTG)
under the command of Peshmarga Ministry are
"dangerous", while the CTG chief says they are only
carrying out operations against terrorists.
Thugs
Adnan Osman from the Change list told Rudaw
"government shouldn't have gangs". "These (forces)

"They have prison and
arrest people. In Kalar and Chamchamal region they
have raided houses and stole money and jewelry. They
are a group of mafias and thugs who do their work by
the name of anti-terror force," Osman added.
No cooperation
Meanwhile the Head of General Security in Erbil
rejected those reports they have any collaboration
with CTG in Suliaymania. "They haven't done any
security missions in Erbil," said Esmat Argushi the
director of general security in Erbil.
These statements by the head of general security in
Kurdish capital came in the wake of Lahur Talabani's
recent interview with Rudaw, in which he was stated
that they are under the command of Ministry of
Peshmarga and they gather information with a help of
other Kurdish security and intelligence
organizations.
Lahur is the nephew of Iraqi President Jalal
Talabani. Jabar Yawar the spokesman for ministry of
Peshmarga told Rudaw that this group only gets paid
by the Ministry, but isn’t controlled by the
Ministry.
Furthermore Argushi revealed they haven't given any
information to them. "We haven't given away any
information to them, and if we have any information
about the Sulaimaniyah region we will give to
general security in Sulaimaniyah" Argushi confirmed.
Kirkuk police: CTG is good
Two heads of the Kirkuki police General Torhan
Youssef and General Jamal Mala Taher confirmed that
the CTG operates in the Kirkuki police. “I even
would work with the devil,www.ekurd.netto
provide security for Kirkuk and Iraq,” said General
Torhan. According to Major General Torhan Youssef,
the CTG unit carries out good work in Kirkuk,
exchange good intelligence and are better equipped
