President Jalal Talabani recently disclosed that his
assistance Mr. Nawshirwan Mustafa (Kurdish:
Newşîrwan Mistefa) (born 1944) is a prominent
Kurdish politician are responsible for the death of
the people above, because he was aware that Saddam
Hussein Governments are going to use chemical
weapons for the Kurdish people eliminations, if they
bring in Iranian forces during Iran-Iraq war. But
Mr. Nawshirwan Mustafa went ahead and did that in
purpose so Saddam Hussein will use chemical weapons
against the civilian Kurds. According to President
Talabani that Iraqi Government of Saddam Hussein
warned Iraqi Kurds to not bring in Iranian forces to
Kurdistan. Saddam Hussein Governments were clear in
their warning that If Kurds bring in Iranian forces
then Iraq will use every thing in their power to
eliminate the threat, which means they are going to
use chemical weapons.
The Halabja poison gas attack (Kurdish: Kîmyabarana
Helebce) occurred in the period of March 16–17,
1988, during the closing days of the Iran-Iraq War.
Five thousand civilian lost their lives because the
forces of Mr. Talabani prevented the populations to
leave the city of Halabja. The Kurdish Peshmerga
forces of Talabani cut fingers of dead women for
their rings and steal all the wealth of dead people
after the chemical attack too.
Mr. Nawshirwan Mustafa wrote backand disclosed that
President Talabani signed an agreement with Iranian
forces to enter Iraq and he just implemented
President Talabani’s order.
Majority of the people who got killed are from the
Jaff tribe. Both men are known to hate Jaff tribe
because they are clamming to be anti tribal system
in Kurdistan. According to their communist Ideology
or socialist Ideology that the tribal systems are
the reasons, the Kurds does not have country. This
is known in their teachings. What ever their reasons
are but they disclosed the truth of their own
intentions in the document published by both men.
I am from Jaff people and had many relatives among
those got killed in chemical attacks and in Anfal. I
have been asked by tribal leaders to represent them
overseas. I will ask any lawyers, human right
organizations in USA and Europe to help me so I can
bring both President Talabani and his assistance to
court of human right in Europe.
I am writing letters to Kurdish human right
organizations of “CHAK” to help me out with the
procedure of court so I can register complain with
court to bring them to justice.
I believe it is duty of every Kurds in Europe and
USA to help with this demand any way they can. I can
open an account to collect funds so we can pay for
the lawyers. I need legal advises from human right
lawyers to proceed with this case. You are assisting
the spirit of those women,www.ekurd.netchildren’s
and victims in Kurdistan. There are hundred of
thousand of people whom are suffering because of
chemical attacks or los of love ones. There are no
better rewards in live than helping disadvantage
people.
I will pay my own expanses. I am not going to
collect money personally but will ask Red Cross to
manage the account of Halabja and Anfal people. I
need assistance in this area too. Please help any
way you can. There are many people responsible of
this crime. We should thank President Talabani for
disclosing the truth about the Halabjah massacre and
Anfal massacre too.
In my opinion the court of human right are the best
places to find the truth and hopefully will get the
justice for the people who lost their lives and the
people who survive after them too. I am providing my
email and hope that you will help any way you can.
