ERBIL-Hewlęr,
Kurdistan region 'Iraq',—
The Kurdish minister of sports and youth Taha
Barwary reacted to the allegations to Rudaw.net. He
said that the court case against him is part of a
political agenda.
On 8 August the Kurdistan regional government (KRG)
justice minister revealed that three Kurdish
politicians were charged with corruption.
Taha Barwary reacted: “This is an agenda that has
been boiled in the political kitchen and parties and
has a lot of political aspects. The honorable
minister of justice Faruq Jemal should before
everyone respect the independent justice system of
Kurdistan.”
