Fourth death case of H1N1
registered in Kurdistan Region
Dr. Khalis Qadir, the head of transitional diseases
section and the spokesman of KRG health ministry
announced in an exclusive statement to PUKmedia on
Wednesday, December 2 the fourth death case of Swine
Flu (H1N1) in Kurdistan Region. Qadir also said that
the number of infections with H1N1 virus in
Kurdistan Region hit 66, including 42 in Erbil (one
of them passed away), 21 in Sulaimaniyah (3 of them
passed away) and 3 cases in Duhok. Excluding the 4
death cases, the remaining 62 infected people took
the necessary treatment and left the hospitals
following being cured.

City Cinema has been inaugurated in Sulaimaniyah
province in which all the latest Movies of Hollywood
and Office Box are showed. The cinema consists of
some more developed cinema halls.
KRG electricity minister,
MPs take legal oath in parliament
The Speaker of Kurdistan Region Parliament Dr. Kamal
Kirkuki presided over a session held at 12:00 PM
Noon, 02 December 2009 in which the new electricity
minister in Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and
four lawmakers on the Kurdistani and Goran (Change)
lists took the legal oath before the parliament.
