SULAIMANIYAH,
Kurdistan region 'Iraq', — As a reaction to the
accusations of the Iraqi president and PUK-leader
Jalal Talabani, the Kurdish opposition leader
Nawshirwan Mustafa has published documents of his
relations with the president between 1999 and 2001
on Sbeiy.com last week.
The publications contain seven parts focusing on the
attempts of the Change list (Gorran) leader to
reform the PUK in the past, the media organizations,
the political visits of the Iraqi president, the
installation of the new Kurdish prime minister and
other internal ‘secrets’.
The Change list leader, who used to be a senior
leader in PUK, says he wants to show that he has
tried to reform the PUK, before leaving it.
Opponents accused him of doing nothing against
things like corruption, when he was still one of the
highest PUK-officials.
