UN will Open a Camp for Displaced Villagers of
Bombarding Areas
Azad Wsw Hassan, the head of Zharawa district told
PUKmedia this morning August 28 Iranian Artillery
shelled the areas of Dola Kogar and its surroundings
but no body killed. He also said that UN will open a
camp and provide equipments for displaced villagers
of the bombarding areas.
Kirkuk Criminal Court Sentences 3 Terrorists to
Death
For first time Kirkuk Criminal Court sentences 3
terrorists to death. Those terrorist carried a
number of terrorist attacks against the people and
their latest terrorist act was killing a Kurdish
policeman. Concerning this, General Sherzad Mofari,
the director of Eruba Police Station told PUKmedia
that for first time Kirkuk Criminal Court decided to
sentence 3 terrorists according Article 406 which
carries the death penalty.
He also declared that the terrorists were accused of
killing a Kurdish policeman.
Iranian Artillery shelling to the Border Areas is
Persisting
Iranian Artillery is bombarding Kurdistan Region
border areas. Yesterday night August 28/29 Iranian
Artillery shelled Bradost area and the damages are
unknown yet. In another side this morning August 29
the areas of Sary Przhe, Bardatan, Kani Kaw, Dola
Rash, Przhe, and Kawle were bombarded by Iranian
Artillery and it continues until publishing this
news. It is worth mentioning that this is first time
that Iranian Artillery bombards Kani Kaw and
Bardatan areas and the damages are unknown. The
villagers in the areas fled their homes calm areas.
Clashes between Defense forces and Pijak
militants
On August 28, in Jomerci sub-district in Penjwen,
clashes between emergency defense forces and Pijak
militants resulted in wounding one Peshmerga. Pijak
militants were defeated and pulled out from the
fights. Ramazan Dekoni, Penjwen defense forces
commander, told PUKmedia that the clashes resulted
from the villagers’ complains in these border areas
about the Pijak militants annoyed them and
suppressed them with showing themselves to Iranian
forces to provoke them the Iranian artillists shell
the areas. For this reason Kurdish Defense forces
went to warn Pijak militants and demanded to cease
the suppression to the villagers and to evacuate the
border areas. At 3am Pijak militants attacked
Peshmarga forces and wounded one Peshmarga called
(Saman Zarayani), after that they were defeated and
pulled out from thefights.
Meeting About Shelling the Border Areas
Kurdistan Region Parliament held an unordinary
meeting about the shelling of the border areas by
Iran and Turkey artilleries.
The meeting was sponsored by Adnan Mufti, the head
of the Kurdistan Region parliament. Osman Haji
Mahmud, KRG minister of interior presented a report
about the shelling. The meeting is still persisting.
Islamic Party is with Implementation of Article
140
Omer Abdul Star, a prominent member of Islamic party
told Kurdistani Nwe that their efforts is persisting
on their works in Iraqi political process,
representative council, and Iraqi Presidency Council
but they won’t rejoin the cabinet. Concerning the
implementation of Article 140, the representative of
Islamic Party said that they are with implementation
of the Article.
And about their alliance with PUK and KDP he
declared that the agreement has nothing to do with
Al-Maliki’s government but it is just an agreement
between the Iraqi sides for solving political
problems and normalizing Kirkuk and other Iraqi
cities.
