Al Sadr Bloc returns to Iraqi Parliament

Lawmaker Bahaa Al Araji said that Al Sadr Bloc will
resume its participation in the Parliament soon.
In a joint news conference with Mala Bakhtyar,
member of the general committee for Kurdistan’s
Patriotic Union’s political office in Sulaimaniyah,
Al Araji explained that the reasons behind
suspending Al Sadr’s bloc participation in the
Parliament are over. Therefore, the bloc will resume
its participation soon.
Earlier in June 13, Al Sadr Bloc decided to boycott
Parliament sessions until the government takes
tangible measures to
reconstruct all mosques especially Al Askari shrines
in Samarra.
