UK, -- Nine people who were being questioned
over the death of a Kurdish man in Scunthorpe have
been released without charge.
Iraqi Kurd Ako Jabar Abdullah, 34, died in hospital
after a large disturbance in the town early on
Sunday.
Police said Dlear Ali Mohammed, 28, of Digby Street,
who vanished after the killing, was now their sole
suspect.
They believe he may with another man, Resgar Ibrahim
Nariman. The pair were thought to be in Sheffield,
Mr Nariman's home city, on Tuesday.
Det Ch Insp Simon Walker said the men could be
trying to leave the UK and efforts were being made
to prevent them from doing so. |
