Kurdistan Government fights
administrative, financial corruption !!!?

Erbil, Kurdistan region (Iraq), -- KRG
(Kurdistan regional government) has begun to fight
against administrative corruption and fired many
corrupted officials form different ministries, An
Official said Monday.
In an interview with Kurdistani Nwe newspaper, Mr.
Omar Fattah, Deputy Prime Minister of KRG, said that
KRG has large numbers of staff, and the number who
receive salaries from the government are over 1
million people, and we do not need to recruit more
in any Offices of the government, with the exception
of teachers, engineers and doctors who we need their
services.
The Deputy Prime Minister pointed out another cause
of stopping the employing, saying that we attach
investment in the public sector, special care, and
if there is no labor how can we develop this very
important sector?
"There are many jobs in Kurdistan, but there is a
lack of action," Mr. Fattah regarding unemployment
said.
The Deputy Prime Minister hoped that the press and
the media to contribute to public awareness and
urging them to exercise public awareness instead of
writing about "unemployment and employment."
"We began our fight against administrative
corruption and fired many, and many people criticize
us that we did not reveal the names of those who are
dismissed, we keep back these names in mind because
of human Rights, but we will discover and announce
the names to put an end to the phenomenon of
administrative corruption.
We will take the actions and measures, and will
announce the procedures to our people," Deputy PM of
KRG, as for the actions taken for administrative and
financial corruption, said.
