subsidiary, VIAP, Versar has provided the first ever
national capacity development training courses by
providing American Concrete Institute Field
Technical training and certification in two separate
classes to over 50 Kurdish engineering students from
six different KRG ministries. This development
training program was done in partnership with the
Kurdistan Regions Government (KRG).
Kurdistan, the northern third of Iraq, is
experiencing unprecedented growth in its
construction sector. These courses will help prepare
the Kurdistan government to oversee and ensure
quality construction standards are met. |
