Three killed in Kirkuk explosion at the
headquarters of the PUK

Kirkuk, Kurdistan-Iraq, July 10, -- Three Iraqis
were killed and at least 20 others were wounded in a
car explosion that occurred at the headquarters of
the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in the northern
Iraqi city of Kirkuk.
Police Director in Kirkuk, Brigadier Sarhad Qader
said that a booby-trapped vehicle blew up outside
the headquarters killing three of the bodyguards and
wounding at least 20 civilians, where also several
vehicles were damaged.
Qader added that a policeman and an Iraqi civilian
were wounded in an explosion targeting an Iraqi
police patrol in Kirkuk.
