Construction of railways in Kurdistan

Kurdistan-Iraq,
July 20, -- For the purpose of improving
transportation in the Kurdistan Region, the Minister
of Transportation in the Kurdistan Regional
Government, Burhan Saeed Sofi, received on Monday,
Sailor Christian, an economic consultant for the
French embassy in Baghdad and Amman.
During the meeting they discussed the necessity for
reconstructing railways between Kurdistan Region's
cities together with opening aviation courses with
the support of French government for Kurdistani
airport staff, in addition to opening an office for
French embassy in Erbil.
The Minister of Transport voiced his intention to
support any organization wishing to develop
transportation in Kurdistan.
