Turkish artillery bombarded the Kurdistan

Kurdistan-Iraq, May 21, - High military official of
government of Kurdistan (Northern Iraq) in the Zakho
border (Turkey-Kurdistan Iraq border) said today,
Sunday, that the Turkish artillery shelled the
region of Bsaga border, The shelling did not lead to
the occurrence of damage.
In a telephone conversation between Fahmy Sophie
deputy commander of military forces in Kurdistan and
VOI agency, "The Turkish forces on 14:30 yesterday
(Saturday) bombed by five artillery shells 120-mm
the village Marcis in the region of holistic Bsaga
(25 km north of Zakho Kurdistan-Iraq)."
The military official added that the bombing did not
result in damage. It is noteworthy that the Turkish
forces shelled villages in the past week and
periodically Bidohi in the Kani Masi border (90 km
north of Dahuk). The bombing did not result in
casualties.
