Turkey: Thousands of Kurds had begun to
march in Amed-Diyarbakir

AMED, March 28 (DIHA)
-The funerals of 4 members of HPG which were taken
from Malatya to Diyarbakir for burial were taken by
thousands of people from Sefik Efendi Mosque. The
funerals of members of HPG Tanisik, Pehlivan, Cetin
and Guler have been taken to cemetery along with
slogans ' Martyr does not die'.
The mortuaries of guerillas of HPG Bulent
Tanisik(Eris Amed) borned in Diyarbakir, Muzaffer
Pehlivan(Zafer) borned in Diyarbakir's Lice
district, Fatih Cetin(Xemgin) borned in Diyarbakir's
Cinar and Mahmut Guler( Rojhat Amed) borned in
Diyarbakir Kulp district, who were stated to be
killed by chemical weapons in the operation
counducted by Turkish Armed Forces(TSK), were taken
from Sefik Efendi Mosque on the Medine Boulevard
after they were washed. Thousands of people have
been marching to Cemetery of Yenikoy with coffins.
In the march which thousands of people including
ex-deputy of DEP Hatip Dicle, chairman of DTP
Diyarbakir Province Ahmet Cengiz, chairman of TUHED-FED
Nursel Aydogan, Mehdi Zana and represantatives of
democratic mass organizations had participated, the
coffins of guerialls which are decorated with
yellow, green and red streamers have been carried on
shoulders. A huge placard on which there are
pictures of those guerillas losing their lives,
flags of Democratic Confederalism and PKK and
pictures of Kurdish people's Leader Abdullah Ocalan,
Mazlum Dogan, Mahsum Korkmaz ve Zeynep Kinaci has
been carried.
The march which the slogans '' Long live chairman
Apo'', '' Martyr does not die'' is continuing.
