Region (Iraq), October. 11, -–Iraq's Kurdistan
government expressed on Wednesday concern over
Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniya comments on
the Peshmerga (local Kurdish fighters - Kurdistan
National Army), as “heinous”.
“We express concern over Haniya’s combining the name
of Peshmerga with bandits and criminal gangs,” said
the media spokesman for Kurdistan government in a
statement for the media.
The description made by Haniya on the Peshmerga has
deeply hurt the Kurds, the spokesman added.
“We are aware of the crises and difficulties that
are encountering Hamas due to its government
mismanagement that started to distort the movement
national and pan-Arab attitudes,” the statement
said. |
