جمعية الدفاع عن حقوق الصحافيين تصف بـ«الصورية» محاكمة كمال سيد قادر في أربيل 4.1.2006

بغداد ـ نعمان الهيمص : استنكرت الجمعية العراقية للدفاع عن حقوق الصحافيين المحاكمة التى تم بموجبها الحكم ثلاثون سنة على الكاتب الدكتور كمال سيد قادر من قبل احدى المحاكم في أربيل والتي لم تستغرق سوى ساعة واحدة فقط.

ووصفت الجمعية في بيان صحافي المحاكمة بالصورية. وأشار البيان الى ان المحكمة منعت توكيل محام للدفاع عنه اثر مقالات انتقد بها السياسة المتبعة من قبل مسعود بارزاني رئيس اقليم كردستان. وطالبت الجمعية العراقية للدفاع عن حقوق الصحافيين في بيانها اعادة المحاكمة وفق القوانين الدولية، وان يصار الى استحضار المنظمات الدولية العاملة في مجال حقوق الانسان، كما طالبت بإعطاء الحرية الكاملة للمنظمات العاملة في مجال حقوق الانسان الموجودة في اقليم كردستان
