the life of Iraqis as they headed to the ballot
boxes for two elections for anew constitution
referendum and to choose their representatives inthe

"Despite impasses and objections, the process of
heading to ballot was a major turn in the life of
our people whom were deprived of democracy for
decades," Talabani said.
