The
independent supreme elections' commission has
approved the voting paper for the plebiscite on the
constitution, in preparation for printing it in
accordance with the number of voters. The form has
included one question: Do you agree on the Iraqi
constitution?
Electors would have to mark the voting paper with
'Yes' or 'No' inside two boxed designated for this
purpose. This was stated by Mr. Adel Al Lami, the
commission general manager. He added that there are
approximately 6000 elections' centers all over the
country, each consisting of several voting stations.
