Paris, August 4, 2005
Since the uprising of the Kurdish people in Iranian
Kurdistan on the anniversary of Dr. Abdulrahman
Ghasemlou, who was assassinated by the terrorists of
Islamic Republic of Iran in 13th July 1989 in
Vienna, a number of Kurdshave been killed by the
security forces of the regime.
The regime as usual has concealed the extent of its
crime, and only a few of the victims have been
identified and handed over to their family. PDKI
International relations bureau has received the list
of 17 victims, killed by regime’s security guards
during the recent unrests:

The conditions of the
injured is very critical. The regime does not allow
doctors and nurses to visit the wounded. Security
guards are questioning them in the hospitals. Those
who have light injuries are transferred to unknown
places for probing.
Once again, Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan
appeals to all international organizations, human
rights supporters and International Community to
urge the Iranian government to stop the bloodshed in
Iranian Kurdistan. We also appeal to International
community to send an independent team to investigate
the resent events in Iranian Kurdistan.
