The
lawyers stated that excuses as 'bad weather
conditions' and 'boat is out of order', that the
Turkish state used to stop the lawyers from meeting
Ocalan, were not needed anymore as the isolation of
Ocalan now has turned legal. Laws that were
introduced by the Turkish government on June 1,
prevents the lawyers from conducting meetings that
favours Ocalan.
Ocalan has decided to protest against the laws by
not accepting any future meeting with his lawyers.
Nothing has been heard from Abdullah Ocalan since
his last meeting with his lawyers on June 1.
