Farik Farukh quizzed in Sweden after two months of hiding 29.7.2005

The alarm was raised after he failed to collect her son, six, and daughter, 11, from babysitters, five days earlier.

Farukh, an Iraqi Kurd, faces extradition. The process starts today.

An Essex Police spokeswoman said: "If he appeals the process could take up to 40 days. On his return to England he'll be charged and put in front of a court."
