Since
1968 the Iraqi Arabs do not understand that the
Krikuk city and it’s the surrounding villages still
belongs to the heart of Kurdistan. When the baath
regime came to the power in Iraq by force, promised
the Kurds to solve the Kurdish demands for the
autonomy and settling the Kirkuk issue with Kurds
after signing an agreement on general issues.
The baath regime wanted also to buy time for
cheating the Kurdish people by promising a lot and
giving them nothing later on. This promise never
been kept by the baath regime towards the Kurds, on
the contrary, the Saddam’s regime tried
systematically to abandon the Kurdish people from
their cities and villages, even worse to use the
chemical weapons like the holocaust in Halabja on 16
march 1988.
This time is the Iraqi Shiite who do not understand
that there is no single space for cat and mouse play
with the Kurdish future. The Iraqi Shiite should be
very glad that they may join now for forming a new
democratic and federal Iraq together with the Kurds.
Having the majority in any democratic and federal
country in the world does not mean automatically
that dominating and ruling the power by one liners
based on Hizbullah direction. Lets us be realistic;
the Shiite Islamic one party is not an option for
the future of Iraq if the Iraqi Shiites are not
getting modernized and behave based on the normal
democratic principles and values. Iran is now under
great pressure of the US of America and the European
union to give up their ambition for having nuclear
weapons.
Syria is also under great pressure to leave their
troops from the Lebanon territories very soon. The
Iraqi Shiite needs to hurry up and comply with the
Kurdish demands sooner rather than later!
Never believe in old fables. Act now as you believe
that your honest, meaningful and transparent for now
and for the sure future. For the kurds is out of
question to do any consensus on the kirkuk issue.
For the Iraqi Shiites is a waste of time, do not be
naive and be honest, transparent and admit the
reality that Kirkuk is part of Iraqi Kurdistan.
Iraqi Kurdish people already decided on 30th January
2005 on the future of Kirkuk Kurdistani, while the
Irananian Sistani, the Pakastani Najafi and the
Afghani Al Fajez(i) are now asking for the save
heaven in Iraq. Desperate times needs desperate
measures!
