In each
democratic country around the world you have a city
as a capital and a city as a business city or and
capital and business city at the same time.
After the liberation of Iraq by the US and it’s
allies military action to topple down the Saddam’s
regime, the balance of power began to return back to
the legitimate people of Iraq.
So far is Iraq still surrounded by some
undemocratic, nationalists and chauvinists regimes.
As long as these countries are not able to change of
comply with the democratic principles and
globalisation rule of games, they will still
maintain in their own captive old fashion and
dangerous attitudes.
Let us analyse the Iraqi neighbouring situation in
different perspectives. The Iraqi neighbouring
countries are either radical religious, monarchy
religious, semi monarchy, nationalists centralist
power or semi religious and not able to develop
democratic practises.
Another fact is that the new Iraq situation is a
very good example for implementing the western and
democratic values and international human principles
for the entire middle east region. The anti American
and western sentiment is still growing in those
Iraqi neighbouring countries despite the fact that
some countries would like to change their
undemocratic regimes towards the western style.
Possibly some of the current governments are still
not able to control the internal and domestic
elements which are based on tyranny and greedy to
power control. Yet the global change has already
it’s the positive influence in the middle east and
started rapidly in Iraq, Lebanon and Turkey. Israel
is already is an example of the existing democracy
in the middle east. One could take Israel for
granted that the model could be copied to it’s
neighbouring countries such Jordan.
For the oppressed Kurdish people in Iraq since the
seventies, the sweat dream became a reality when the
US and it’s allies liberated Iraq and it is for sure
that the American influence in Iraq and it’s
neighbours will expand and the US base maintains at
least for 50 years. For the cynical nationalists,
radical religious and chauvinists among the
countries in the middle east should realize now
twice that there is no way back and all their dreams
are based on non- reality and illusion. Just accept
the real, real fact!
The current democratic process in Iraq is the real
fact. The reconciliation and rebalancing of the
power in Iraq among the people of Iraq and it’s the
colourful ethnic and religious communities is also a
simple real fact. Another simple fact is that the
business must go on. Kirkuk is the new capital and
business centre of the federal Iraqi Kurdistan.
Historically and geographically kirkuk has always
been part of the Kurdish region. However the
Saddam’s regime started in the seventies to change
the shape, colour, name of Kirkuk ( called Tamim or
Tamam! ) by Arabisation and cleansing. Saddam is
captured now and is also the main reason of the
chaos in Iraq including the Saddam’s loyalists and
their old un-Iraqi business partners. Kirkuk belongs
to Iraqi Kurdistan and will never ever be part of
Mongolia!
There is no capital and business city like Iraqi
Kurdistan “kirkuk with it’s Oil” city.
Accept this fact and act accordingly. Time now is
for economical rebuilding the city “Kirkuk”,
shoulder with shoulder by contribution and great
efforts of the original and peaceful native of the
Land of Promise. Let us share the prosperity with
those who believes in Peace, Freedom and Democracy
principles in Iraqi Kurdistan.
