The ministerial council approved sending a delegation headed by the deputy foreign minister and representatives from the ministries of interior, water resources and oil to deal with the Kuwaiti borders.

Mass Grave Found
(Tareek al-Shaab)
Informed sources reported that mass graves were discovered in a house in Tal Afar inhabited by terrorists. The graves contained the corpses of 56 beheaded and charred bodies. Residents of the area said the house was occupied by terrorists a week before the last clashes between insurgents and security forces. Iraqi forces and terrorists clashed in August after residents asked the government to protect them from insurgents who had turned the city into a terrorist centre.
