Iraqi Kurds seek referendum on a Kurdish state - Delegation names 24.12.2004

A group of Iraqi Kurds presented UN officials with a petition signed by 1.7 million Iraqis seeking a referendum on whether northern Iraq should be made an independent Kurdish state.

The delegations names:

4. Kamal Mirawdeli - Referendum representative UK
5- Najimadeen Karim - WKI President

7- Saman Shali - KNC President
