politician from Geneva Mr. Dindar Zebari has been
awarded the degree Doctor of Philosophy from the
University of Westminster University in London on
Monday 15th of November 2004 at the graduation
ceremony where hundreds of pupils and officials
attended.
Dr. Dindar Zebari's PhD thesis, the Responsibilities
of the World Community in Iraqi Kurdistan has been
approved following an oral examination on the 6th of
May 2004. Later on the 30th of October 04 the
University examination board has finally approved
Zebari's PHD thesis, awarded him a degree of Doctor
of Philosophy. This is a great personal achievement
for Dr. Dindar Zebari that the great deal of hard
work he has put into the work, over a number of
years, has paid off.
The issues addressed in Dr. Zebari's PhD thesis and
those surrounding it are very relevant to what is
happening in the world today and certainly it has
been an important culmination of studies in terms of
reflecting on these issues and providing incite into
the possible outcomes and future of events that
continue to profoundly affect Iraqi Kurdistan and
the Kurdish people in general.
