What would be the best new government for Iraq ?
Actually four governments. There are also strong
external causes for the suffering of Iraq. The
populations of Iraq have suffered too much pain
and misery to be forced to live on top of each
other from now. That would again be a kind of
torture. If each peoples gets its own sovereign
nation, there is no reason for a peace force that
drains billions. A UN force in Iraq means draining
billions from the people of Iraq to corrupt
members of the UN. A UN force means the presence
of single mans with incomes tens to hundred times
higher than the local population. That means slow
irreversible genocide on the local population with
humiliation, slavery with money, corruption,
prostitution and an aids epidemic. Notice that the
Vietnam war killed only a part of the population.
Notice that the UN “peace keeping force” forced
aids infected Africans on to Vietnam. Already over
ten percent of the Vietnam people are infected
with aids !!! It is a genocide by the corrupt UN
of a scale that Saddam did not even manage to
approach. That is no future.
2---IRAQS REBIRTH INTO A UNION OF FOUR
SOVEREIGN NATIONS WOULD BE A RELIEF
AAA---If Iraq becomes an Union of four sovereign
nations the peoples also become relieved from
another misery and the thousands officials of
Saddams regime would escape a “Neurenberg”.
Saddams regime members are from one of the peoples
of Iraq while the victims were most from the other
peoples. If Iraq continues to be one nation the
victimised peoples will have to press for a “Neurenberg”.
If the peoples of Iraq are freed with their own
sovereign nations they can concentrate on building
up their own precious four sovereign nations of
the Union of Iraq. It is useless to go after
justice at any price. In the first place it will
bring no punishment to the external causes. In the
second place not any punishment can even approach
equalisation for the suffering of the people of
Iraq. In the third place the price would be too
high. It would also be a spill of effort that
should be utilised for rebuilding Iraq for a good
future for the people.---BBB
3---IRAQS ONLY SOLUTION: REBIRTH INTO A UNION
OF FOUR SOVEREIGN NATIONS
So the only future for Iraq is an Union of four
sovereign nations. Recognition of those would be
obligatory for the UN. The Iraqi Union should at
start be a pact for dedicated free transit routes
and combined and equal management and use of the
Eufrat and the Tigris and a pact not to bring any
harm to each other, attacks, pollution or
whatever. The peoples of Iraq should be allowed to
live peacefully next to each other, to rebuild and
to have wounds healed with time. Then they can
grow to a healthy and stronger unity, like Europe.
Imagine that after Hitler the European peoples
would have been forced by the liberators to live
under the rule of the Germans. That would have
been a very painful situation that would have led
to the dragging on of more misery.
4---NUMBER 43 IS THE HISTORICAL NUMBER FOR IRAQ
Notice that the number 43 is important for Iraq.
Actually the co-ordinate line of zero degrees East
and West is chosen on the wrong location. With a
better knowledge of the history of civilisation
one can understand that the zero line should cross
mount Elbrus, the highest mountain of the
Caucasus, now located at about 43 North and 43
East. Notice that the place of 43 N zero East then
should be 43N 43W. Notice that that place is the
famous European place of miracles, Lourdes. Notice
that Bush Junior is the 43 president and General
Lebed had sorted out that 43 of the Russian
suitcase nukes where not localised. One should
thoroughly look for what might be to be discovered
at the five locations on 43N and 43 and 137 East
and West of mount Elbrus and mount Elbrus itself.
5---THIS MAPPED REBIRTH OF IRAQ INTO FOUR
NATIONS IS THE MOST REASONABLE
The line 43E is the key for the best and most
reasonable solution. All three peoples of Iraq are
given a reasonable share of territory and oil
resources. In the less populated part of present
Iraq there is also a nation created for those who
do not want to reside in one of the other three
nation. This nation is also created to solve other
problems. This nation is not only desert. The
Eufrate runs through it. There are probably also
other resources, still to be discovered.
6---WHAT THE FOUR SOVEREIGN NATIONS OF THE
UNION OF IRAQ WOULD BE
Now the four sovereign nations for the best future
of Iraq:
1--I--Sulemania; all NorthEast of the line Badrah
to Sinjar, the line 33N46E to 36N42E
2--III--Basrania; all SouthEast of the line Badrah
to ad-Diwaniyah to 32N43E to Al Barit,
that is all SE of the line 33N46E to 32N45E to
32N43E to 31N42E
3--IV--AliMohania; all what remains west of the
line 43E
4--III--Karbalania; all what remains around Bagdad
and Karbala, between the other three nations,
between Sulemania, Basrania and AliMohania.
AliMohania; the rest (west of 43E), for those who
do not want to stay in Sulemania, Karbalania or
Basrania, and perhaps also for Palestinians who
want. That would be at least one positive
inheritage of Saddam Hussein. If Saddam and his
top 100 had managed this at last two years ago,
they would really have done something for the
people of Iraq and a menace for the enemies of the
peoples they say they are against. The truth is
that Saddam and his top 100 are not against the
enemies of the peoples but they themselves are the
enemies of the peoples.

It is public that Saddam uses more than a dozen of
look alikes. What about his sons and his close
fellows ? Others have been transformed to look
alike them with plastic chirurgy. Probably they
themselves have gone safe incognito with plastic
chirurgy to look alike others. Probably for those
others are persons who can live a luxurious life
in many countries without drawing attention.
Saddam and his close fellows have enough available
on secret bank accounts all over the world.
Probably they have already recently fled to their
safe destinations. Who would notice ? They can
continue their operations through internet and
other modern communication and by their look
alikes. Everyone is of the regime is already used
to these practices, as their safety measures
against assassination. So probably Saddam and his
close fellows have already recently fled to their
safe destinations, without that being noticed.
Impossible ? Bin Laden still has not been caught,
is it not ?
2---GUANTANAMO BAY CAGES FOR THE TOP THOUSAND
OF SADDAMS REGIME
There are four options left for the top thousand
of Saddams regime.
If the USA troops would return now, without
action, the expenses are already over 40 billion.
In the mind of the public also all the political
effort would have been a row for nothing. Probably
the Republican government in the USA won’t be able
to regain their present overall majority in any 20
years. So no way the USA is going to return its
troops without action. Thinking that is
hallucination. Saddam has dragged things too far
until now. From now there are only four options
left:
If Saddams regime drags on its present behaviour
the USA will have to do a full defensive operation
to remove the Saddam regime. Once the operation
has crossed the border of Iraq it will inevitably
be too late for the regime of Iraq. Then
absolutely there will remain only to options for
every one of Saddams top thousand: One option are
the cages of Guantanamo bay. The other is
cremation after death through suicide ore going on
to the end.
Before the USA operation has started crossing the
border of Iraq there are also two other options
for the top thousand of the Saddam regime. One
option is unconditional surrender and exile. The
other option is another real change to a less
threatfull situation. That means other governments
for at least three-quarters of the territory of
Iraq. This solution has been described in an
earlier version of this letter, see almost at the
end;

So Saddam and his close fellows have already
recently fled. It is up to the top thousand of
Saddams regime to make up their destination, the
four options as described herefore. If they do not
put an end to the present maniacal course of the
Saddam regime very soon their destination will be
cremation or the cages of Guantanamo bay. So they
have to take action within a few days; full
surrender and exile or the rebirth of Iraq into a
union of four sovereign nations.
3---BRUTAL REGIMES OVERESTIMATE THEMSELVES
Dictators tend to draw the wrong lessons from
history and drag their nation into total
destruction.
When Hitler was warned that the genocide would
attract putting an end to his nation, he mentioned
the Turkish genocide of 1923 on the Armenians and
Greeks in Anatolia. He did not mention that these
two peoples did not have so many powerful members
in the USA. He did not mention that then the world
was tired by the recent first world war and the
Spanish flue. On the other hand, when Hitler
started his campaign into Russia he did not revert
to the history, what had happened to Napoleon.
When Saddam was confronted with the mighty USA
troops after the annexation of Kuwait he reverted
to Vietnam. Soon by practice he learnt that
technological developments of the mighty USA
troops had made an Iraqi Vietnam impossible. The
only action that the mighty USA troops did not
take was the total extermination of the Saddam
regime. Now the Saddam regime seems to expect to
escape its total extermination again. It seems
that again a brutal regime fools itself with its
wrong choices with the interpretation of the
history.

to understand. Most ask that if Iraq has Megacide
warfare, why did the UN inspectors not find them
yet ? Most ignore the reality that is going on.
Most ignore the clear other examples of reality
that are going on in free democratic nations. In
the free democratic nations officially everyone,
except criminals, are against the trafficking,
production and distribution of narcotics, also on
schools. They are also against the prostitution
slavery and the abuse of children. The
governments, with many thousands of police are
against. Also the public is free to co-operate
with the police against these crimes. Despite
there are dozens of illegal production facilities
of synthetic narcotics, wide scale distribution,
also on high schools, and hundreds of locations of
prostitution slavery. In the case of Iraq the
regime itself is producing Megacide warfare and
would only need a few of the many secret
locations. In Iraq the regime itself uses its
forces, with absolute terror, to protect these
practices against the people. What to expect of
whatever number of UN inspectors. Why do most
refuse to admit that Saddams regime can very well
have Megacide warfare, despite the UN inspections

Saddam wants war. He wants chaos to disappear with
only half of his top 100 of his clan. He also
wants chaos to have exterminated the other half of

highest-ranking officials, of the secret services,
the army and whatever.

It is Saddams bluff and bullshit that a new UN
resolution is obligatory for the USA to do a
defensive attack on Iraq. This is not a case for
obligation of a UN resolution. Every sovereign
nation has the rights to defend itself if it is
under attack from another nation. The USA
sovereign territory itself is under attack by the
Saddam regime since 1991. That would have been
understood by everyone if Saddam had missiles
launched to the USA. Therefore Saddam uses other
means. Saddam himself has several times proclaimed
to bring the war to the homes of the citizens of
the nations that supported Kuwait. And so Saddam
has done and does. And that is not heroism but
maniacal, with neglect for and misuse of the
peoples of Iraq.
7---SADDAM HAS ALREADY ATTACKED USA TERRITORY
WITH TERRORISTS
AAA---The Saddam regime itself proclaims that it
is going to send thousands of suicide terrorists
when the USA is going to defend itself. The Saddam
regime knows very well that such a flow of
suspicious people will be spotted and they can not
do very much when not settled yet. The truth is
that in the past years the Saddam regime has
already send many terrorists into the sovereign
territory itself of the USA.

Saddam has supported many dangerous terrorists
into the USA. Saddam has had Megacide arms
trafficked into the USA. These are acts of war of
Saddams regime, on the sovereign territory itself
of the USA. Such acts of war always turn out fatal
for citizens. September 11 has proved that. Saddam

AAA---There show up more and more pieces of the
puzzle to give a clear sight of the picture. The
destruction of the Twin Towers on September 11th
has the profile of terrorism ordered by Saddam.
The profile of terrorism by a fundamentalistic
independent terrorist organisation that wants to
terrorise as much as possible would be different.
They would not have waited until a Republican
government was settled. They would have attacked
lower into the buildings in the afternoon to cause
maximum casualties. If they did want to destroy
the buildings with minimum casualties they would
have attacked very early in the morning.
The destruction of the Twin Towers on September
11th has precisely the profile of terrorism
ordered by Saddam. Saddam denied that the act was
his because he wants to make problems without
giving proof. Saddam has proclaimed that he would
bring the war home to the citizens of the nations
that liberated Kuwait. Saddam has proclaimed that
he sends thousands of suicide terrorists. Those
proclamations on itself are enough to make him
responsible. Saddam is the one who threats the USA
to protect him against coups and corrupt bankers
disappearing with some of his stolen billions.
Saddam is the one who is concerned that the
Republican government will not live with those
threats and will put an end to giving in to those
threats. Saddam is the one who wants to support
his threats with showing that severe attacks are
also possible without his Megacide arms in the
USA. Saddam is the one who wants to be the action
a symbol of warning instead of a terrible action
itself. He is the on who chose the date and time
of the alarm number nine one one. Such a precise
timing and planning is only possible by a
terrorist group that is supported by an
intelligence network of a state. Which else would
be so maniacal but the Saddam regime. Independent
terrorists would have chosen 747 jumbos as the
largest planes. Instead they chose 767 Boeings,
the largest planes on inland flights that where
surrounded by less security. Independent
terrorists would by some mistake have given some
sign of themselves to the secret services if
independent terrorists would have organised a
simultaneous attack with four planes. Independent
terrorists would have tried to achieve maximum
certainty that the buildings would collapse and
maximum or minimum casualties with their suicide.
Independent terrorists would have crashed into the
buildings much lower. Independent terrorists would
have crashed much earlier in the morning for
minimum casualties or in the afternoon for maximum
casualties. Independent terrorists would not have
waited years and would have attacked during the
democratic government. The destruction of the Twin
Towers on September 11th has precisely the profile

9---SADDAM KEPT MILLIONS OF CITICENS IN THE USA
HOSTAGE IN 1991
Saddam had an unexpected surprise for NATO to keep
NATO from a clean up of Iraq with the
extermination of Saddam and his regime, twelve
years ago. He has secretly given informers of the
Bush Senior government proof of the presence in
the USA of his few Megacide weapons. So he
threatened to kill millions of USA citizens.
Megacide weapons can kill every one in an area of
thousand square miles. In the following years
Saddam has proved that he is even more extremely
dangerous. He has threatened the USA powers that
they have to protect him against coups and
world-wide against corrupt bankers disappearing
with some of his secret capital, now probably more
than 200 billion. Also Saddam is secretly
developing Gigacide weapons. Those can kill every
one in an area of hundred thousand square miles.
Regrettably it takes only a few billion to develop
such Gigacide bombs that fit in a seacontainer.
